Embedded Wisdom Tooth Surgeries
They are the last molars to erupt in adults, also known as wisdom teeth, located at the back of the jaw. Since they are generally unable to adapt to the jaw structure due to space constraints, they need to be extracted because they cause pain, abscess formation and discomfort in most individuals. These operations are usually performed under local anesthesia by removing the gum or bone above the tooth.
The healing of the extraction site is completed in 7-10 days in most cases, provided that the medications prescribed by the doctor are used properly and the necessary oral hygiene is provided.
